Love the freshly prepared and properly spiced food along with sufficient quantity of the dish. Have tried many vegetarian options. Would recommend at least once in the market place.
Very authentic malaysian food! Take out a bowl of thick and flavor packed Penang Assam Laksa. Penang laksa itself is not an easy dish to prepare and cook and Azuma didn’t disappoint! Chef was also super cute & friendly. Highly recommend to try (despite the long queue)
This is one of the best stalls in market square.
There is always a queue so make sure you leave time to get your food.
Most dishes are cooked fresh in front of you and the portions are very decent.

One of the BEST street food in market square at Cambridge. I keep going back to this place every few days. Easily recognisable from its waving Malaysian flag. Make sure to bring cash as they don’t accept cards yet.
We ordered fried rice noodles and Hainan chicken over rice - they both tasted great!
But there’s no seat, and you have to be prepared to stand someplace nearby to finish your food.
The food is nice, but the portion is small and on the expensive side. The beef is tasty and tender, but on the salty side. The pandan rice is nice, have not had that for a long time, a really nice touch. Fry noodle is good, but the fry onion or garlic is too dry and tough. Overall good to have authentic Malaysia food in UK. Would do that again, if the price is more reasonable or better portion size.
I bought mee goreng here and it was decent! The owner cooks it as and when he takes the order. Do bring cash or they also accept bank transfer just not contactless payment.
