Great food from Awaze Ethiopian Cuisine! Fresh, healthy, and tasty vegetarian options are available. I have dined in the restaurant and ordered takeaway. The staff is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend it! The food offers good value for money.
Amazing Ethiopian food!
Very good and friendly service. Food came out quickly even if we came mid afternoon.
We got the meat and veg mix with injera for 2 people that had very generous portions!

I finally got to try this place right next to my house and let me tell you it did not disappoint. I got the Jerk chicken, mac and cheese and sweet fries. The service was excellent the man serving me was very nice i originally wanted the garlic bread but they did not have it i will be going back for that. the chicken was very well seasoned and the sweet fries were amazing. the mac and cheese is also very good. overall i had a good experience. ALSO VERY AFFORDABLE
Absolutely amazing place. We ordered the meat and veg mix and completely devoured it. My fiance is gluten free and the anjira is perfect for her. Happy to know this restaurant is in the neighborhood.
Fantastic food, at reasonable prices. The Ethiopian food is amazing and the injera is not too thick. I had the vegan selection of dishes served in Injera bread. It was soooooooooo good. Also they make fresh homemade spiced tea which is the perfect accompaniment. Great decor and lovely find.
Delicious authentic choice of ethiopian or caribbean food.
We had the Ethiopian mixed plate for two and it was amazing.
The lamb was so incredibly tender and the spices just blow you away. It was a great experience and huge portion size, we were more than full.
On top of that the owner is the absolut nicest guy we have met and does anything to make you have a great experience at his restaurant.
Would go back anytime, huge recommendation! :)
Really interesting new restaurant. Delicious food and generous portions for a really good price. Very lovely service too! Try the ful (cooked fava beans), which is a vegan dish and simply delicious either as a starter or a side!! The mixed meat & veg main costs £30 and generously serves 2. Very much recommend!!
Amazing food, great prices, and the best service ???? we got popcorn chicken and fried chicken as mains and both had the Mac and cheese as a side (which was incredible!- so nicely seasoned and the portions are great!) 10/10 will be visiting again soon (probs tomorrow icl haha)
