Lovely staff, very clean, plenty of choices, good service. Separate outside area for dogs and their walkers including dog drinking water bowl
Decent selection of snacks and cakes reasonably priced. Efficient service devoid of any pleasantries. Coffee is rank and tastes of ashtrays.
Stopped off for a bacon sandwich and an indulgent hot chocolate. Friendly local cafe, great bacon and good prices. I recommend the hot chocolate for the theatre and gingerbread man alone. Will come visit on a park walk again soon.
Mr C visited here recently for a catch up with his Art Group. The cafe was small, had very few seats and it is *very* dog focused, so if you're not a fan of canines I'd give it a swerve. There were also no gluten free products available. Lastly(!?) the continually open door made it a very cold experience indeed.
This place doesn't provide any reusable mug or even plate... even for people eating or drinking in... yes we are in 2023 and people are still so lazy that they prefer polluting than washing up mugs and plates...to top it up, nothing is being recycled, everything goes in the black bin! Place to boycott!
Brought my ill wife over for walk in the park with the idea of stopping at the cafe for a drink. She can't walk far so thought stopping here would be a nice treat. Arrived at 4.30pm only to find it closed. This is after checking online and finding it shouldn't close until 5pm.
Brilliant coffe shop for parents with unique playground-watching integration and built-in dogs’ segregation. Costumer toilets need some TLC but otherwise, one of our favourite parks around.
A great cafe with a playground and toilets. Very dog friendly with one seating area specifically for dog owners and another for non dog owners. Water bowls for dogs. There is an outdoor gym near plus a table tennis table. They have a loyalty card for coffees. Prices are very reasonable and they do nice snacks.
