Had an MOT booked for 8am this morning, I get there and lights are on but doors are closed. I called and banged on the door but no answer, could hear the phone ringing inside. Waited 15 minutes before setting off, waste of time.
I cannot thank Winston and Scott enough. Both blokes are fantastic to say the least. I will never be taking a car again to any other grlarage. Fantastic work
They did work on my car. They have changed gear box and part of my car got missing. They said it wasn't them. Also they have parked my car in permit holders only. I got penalty ticket £70 for it. First I spoke to the guy who works there and he said come on Friday to see Winston. I went there and it was closed. I went there yesterday 12.10.20 that guy said Winston is not here and I drove away. I went round and back 1 min after. He was there and he said he won't pay that and he said it's me... I call him next day and He wasn't nice to me, he said he won't pay for it and just hung up the phone. I never get any ticket since I got my driving licence. I appealed to the Traffic Penalty Tribunal. I just want to make you aware that there is no space for cars, they can not keep your car over night so don't trust Winston for what he says. They just put your car at someone private car park.
I bought a car from this garage with 3 months warranty. They seemed honest. But within the warranty period the car was burning lots of oil, found out the piston rings needed replacing. Tried to contact winston with regards to this as it was still in warranty. I kept being told he wasn't there, I left messages for 3 weeks with no reply. I can only suspect that he knew about the problem and had no intention of fulfilling the warranty when he sold the car to me. Poor service. Avoid.
I had some paint work done on the wing and bonnet, which was excellent. Winston's a craftsman, and spent extra time getting everything perfect. Great price too. Will definitely return for other work. Cheers!
Avenham Park Garage....well, what can I say? 5* service, 5* performance, 5* customer service. It's simply a top garage with a down to earth and friendly owner.
I'd definitely recommend this place if you have any vehicle issues from mechanical, electrical and they even do m.o.t's at a fair and affordable price.
If you do take your vehicle there at some time you'll most likely see Winston (the owner) so tell him that Daves reccomend him....you'll have an enjoyable and stress free experience!????

rip off. I dont know how these people can mislead customers like this. Kept my car for over three days for a diagnosis and finally told me that the fault was fixed without even confiming the cost before the repair. I was financially struggling at the time as well and got charged double the amount for that type of a job, when the actual fault was not even fixed. Just fooled me saying the fault is fixed. Stay away from this garage. Worst experience I've ever had.
I have been using this garage for years, I used to live nearby but kept going back when I moved away, the staff are great. My check engine light kept coming on and they checked all the possibilities and didn't over-charge me. Good value and trustworthy.
