Very decent lads in Autozone Downpatrick. Bought an alternator from them that was slightly wrong, but they refunded me in full later once I realised it.
Couldnt ask for more from a parts business really. Fair prices also.

Very poor experience when I was in this establishment, was working in the area and needed a few things and I was led to believe this shop had what I wanted, once I arrived at the shop the desk workers were very ignorant and left me waiting. Once I got what I needed I was asking for some advice on parts I need for my car and was told the parts I needed were “dealer only” when they aren’t as my local parts shop had what I needed, I was then overcharged for what I got and was never given a proper receipt/docket on what I purchased, highly recommended staying away from this shop!

Autozone the name it self says it all. This company was recommended to me as i was looking a nine seater minibus with a good spec low mileage and full service history so I checked them out they had a bus on their website. I spoke to Adam who give me all the details on it sent me photos of it nothing was a problem to him so went up and met him
He was so easy to talk to no silly sales talk he is very friendly and knowledgeable it was the bus I was looking for so I bought it will full service history fully cleaned inside and outside and with warranty. I always bought my cars from the bigger car dealers in Belfast but not no more Autozone will be my next visit and people like Adam make the experience of buying a vehicle pleasant and easy I fully recommend them to anyone

Really convenient store great parking available also accessible for disabled people . Staff are professional, friendly and helpful. If they haven't got it they order at no extra cost and seem to be able to get anything

Excellent service and best value I could find. Tried two other stockists who were £12+ more expensive for exactly the same thing! Will be back!
