Very thorough communication and customer service. Had a timing chain changed on a BMW 520d. Lee talked me through every step and explained what had to be done and why. Done a quality job, my car is running better than it has in the last 8 years I've owned it. Would highly recommend ????

Lee and his team are highly professional and very very helpful. They are very transparent in the way they organize their work. They kept me informed all along about what my VW T6 needed. They showed me pictures of the issues, explained to me all the options for repairs. They managed to squeeze me in their busy work schedule as I needed to travel. A great experience. Thank you.

Great service. I turned up unannounced as an oil light had come on. I am a driving instructor and had a test that afternoon and would not have gone ahead without the excellent service provided by Lou and the team. It was a good pass too by the pupil so thank you for all your help at AutoTec NW.
