Mike came to diagnose my car and in 30 minutes, he found it, bought the part and squeezed into his busy schedule the drive to my place and replaced my car's broken crankshaft position sensor with a good brand in minutes. Nice man. Thank you Mike
Felt a bit “taken advantage” of for my lack of car knowledge. I understand the principle of a call out fee but when it’s just 2 damaged bulbs needing replacement; £80 is rather steep! Cash and no receipt given. Suggest not to use if you’re a single mum with no car knowledge.
Mike came out to my vw golf plus and diagnosed the problem without any hassle. Got the part fitted and car is running great. Mike was very helpful and very honest guy. Would use again if needed and would defo recommend him.
Had an electrical problem with my q7 . Spoke with Mike & explained the fault . Mike booked my car in & explained how his service worked . He said that he would diagnose the problem , but would not do any work on the car , until he had spoken to myself letting me know how much the repair would cost . That was brilliant . I took my car in on arranged date . Karen booked me in with the minimum of fuss . Made me feel very welcome . I left feeling confident in my choice of garage . True to his word , Mike rang me , explained the fault ,& how much it would cost to repair . ( Very fair price) . He rang to tell me that my car was ready . Had an ABS warning light on sons Astra. I had already had the ABS pump rebuilt but Mike diagnosed it as still faulty. I returned it with his report and no questions asked by repairer. It got replaced and I refitted it and now no warning signs on dash. He was punctual and polite and knows his job. Refreshing. Thanks Michael.
Fantastic service and great garage. Took my car to the main Citroen dealership who could not find the fault and had the car over a week. Mike was recommended and within 48 hours the fault was diagnosed, fixed and car returned!! Highly recommended.
