I had someone hit the back of my car the insurance gave me options and I read the reviews on here and chose York Auto Refinishers and wow I am so happy I did . They kept me informed on progress getting parts for my fiat 500 Abarth compitizone and unfortunately there was a long waiting time from suppliers so they offered to do some minor repairs put it back together until the parts arrived . This was great as my car is my work as I am a driving instructor. Once the parts came the already had the parts painted and just needed to put everything back together . Top

I used to work at this place as a Technician for roughly 6 months.
Of all places I've worked, Autorefinishers let me focus most on doing a good/proper job with all customers vehicles.
If I had to claim on my insurance for an accident, I would be somewhat relieved if I was referred to this place - rather than the bigger companies like Alton and Steer.
What a fantastic service I received from all the guys here, and a perfect repair done on my car after a drunk driver caused body damage - I got a great price on a part exchange thanks to the expert work done. Thanks for everything guys ????

Today I collected my Volvo XC90 from Auto Refinishers at Dunnington, York. My car had been badly damaged by an unknown driver who had driven off. I was treated by friendly and professional staff both in person and on the phone. My car has been repaired to such a high standard, cleaned and polished down to even cleaning the wheels. I was provided with a courtesy car which was virtually new whilst my car was being repaired. Definitely a five star repair centre.
