I left a negative review but people need to support their local businesses, even when they might not deserve it. If it weren't for that fact, I wouldn't go there again because the treatment I received from a member of staff there was awful. Use your local shops because, if you don't, they will disappear but my advice to the shop is, don't take your customers for granted. It's your duty to ensure that an in person shopping experience is a positive one. I'll keep using your shop but only out of a sense of loyalty to the local marketplace as a whole.

I travel 30 minutes each way to offer my custom to your store. Female member of staff told me she "didnt have time to help me". I was the only customer in your shop. You had 3 members of staff. One of the other staff was leaning on counter watching our conversation. I wont have time to offer my custom anymore, I'll shop online. Unhelpful to the extreme.

A must have for Thurso. And the breadth of information available to them is greater than you can get online yourself. Several popular websites gave me two possibilities for front brake pads for my daughter's car based on the registration number but Autoparts definitively told me which one I needed - and they were right! They keep a wide variety of parts in stock and a handy selection of tools to boot. A great shop!

I'm up visiting from the Midlands and generally I mess about with the car, my father in law 1st took me there some years ago.

I bought some wheel cleaner on Saturday when I got home with it I thought I would read about it so looked up the website on the bottle, the website was not there and I couldn't find any reviews at all, I returned it today and even though I bought a more expensive item using a part credit note instead of giving me the change £3 they gave me yet another credit note, I asked for cash as the returned item was exactly as sold and I gave the original receipt but they refused to give me any cash.

I told them we were going home 550 miles away and not likely to be up here for many years, they said the credit note would be valid!!

They obviously do not know the law, when you buy an item at full price you are allowed a full refund to the method of payment when returning with a receipt and a unused item.

So beware and take my example for your reference, I ripped up the credit note and I shall not return, the prices are top heavy anyway the item I bought was £19 it is available on ebay for £13.60 including postage.

Went in with my new bike to get items to clean it. The owner himself came out had a look at the bike and knew exactly what was needed to keep it clean on these roads. Knowledge was definitely 10/10

Great shop has just about everything you're after.
