We was a victim of a car theft but recovered the car ourselves we decided to not go through insurance as we didn’t want the car wrote off . We contacted this company who is absolutely incredible he got us in same day and had the car fully back together and working by next morning and right on top of Xmas ! He went above and beyond and you’d never know this was car was tampered with now . I also asked him about a problem on my car which I’d been told else where was £750 to fix and this chap actually found the real problem in seconds and showed me the issue ! Hes very knowledgeable and now ive found him il deffo use him now on and reccomend everyone to him in the future . Thanks so much !
Undoubtedly Pally is a star and knows Jaguar/ Land rovers issues more than their authorised dealers. My Jaguar F Pace 2019 had the infotainment control unit stolen and thief did a bad job by cutting random wires. I approached 4 different workshops in Scotland and 2 others in London, but they all failed. Even tried with Jaguar authorised dealers which provided a costly and complicated solution of replacing full harness which wasn’t necessary in this case. Pally fixed this issue within very short span of time, at a very reasonable cost and even upgraded some features at the same time. His friendly behaviour throughout was really admirable. Definitely a person to approach for all Jaguar/ Land Rover related issues.
I was recommended by Venture Automotive to use AutoDoc 4x4 as I had an issue with my Discovery 5 First Edition. I was booked in very quickly and the issue was diagnosed and repaired within the agreed timescale. Excellent communication and outcome. Car is now perfect again. The staff are very knowledgeable and don’t just throw unnecessary parts at the problem, instead taking the time to fully diagnose and understand the issue. Would highly recommend them. Honestly don’t know what to say as my experience has always was been ???? satisfied with this place, owner proper gentleman knows what he’s doing, never turn down jobs to big or small I’m a trader and I take cars to Pally on weekly basis and always job done no go back for the same job, don't know any one better and trustworthy then Pally.
Absolutely fantastic service from Pally. Had an electrical short in my car that two garages couldn’t fix. Took it to Pally and it took him less than 2 hours to get working again. 5 star service without a doubt!
I called this garage last minute and they helped me out straight away! No other garage I rang could help with the problem I had. This one could, they found the problem and fixed it straight away. I would 100% recommend them. Very efficient, very polite. I will use them again if needed in the future. Good service ????????
