Visited in October to have a boot lock fitted to my smart car cost £93 .when I was cleaning my car ,last week ,the support bars were missing (it's a cabriolet) .I rang and spoke to who had fitted the lock to be told they didn't have them the thing is you can't fit the lock without removing the bars from the case in the boot lid,my husband rang the manager who said ,"we don't have to come back "!!!the bars are no good to them ,I just wanted them back as are part of my car so beware and
make sure you have everything before leaving.
My car broke down while away on holiday, I had a broken suspension spring and they had me up and running again in a couple of hours at a great price. Top service and friendly fellas.
