Came for a MOT without an appointment and the car was ready within no time at all, great service and friendly staff inside got the job done rapid and effectively.
Had the best experience with the guys at auto doctor.
Very helpful in booking and came in at a fair price range compared to other places to fit a new clutch. They even filled up my oil and screen wash as they noticed it was running low for no other reason than being helpful. Would 100% go back for anything else regarding my car.
Please avoid like the plague. Since management/team have changed it’s been really dodgy. Me and a few friends have noticed this. We’ve been told a certain part needs replacing and MOT has been failed due to so and so for example break pads. Later when we’ve taken to another garage 1 -2 months later they’ve said break pads are nearly worn out and laugh when we say they’ve been replaced. Took to 2-3 garages who all say break pads are old. Not sure what dodgy work these guys are doing. But hope they get caught out. Also one of their team members doesn’t have any proper experience and ruins cars. He not sat with his own business for a reason.
Needed replacement of front disks and pads. Cheapest Price on Who Can Fix My Car so went to Auto Car Doctor. Great communication and friendly service from the bloke on the front desk. I have no complaints about the job done on the brakes either. All seemed to be going so well but was ruined just as I was about to leave by them telling me that my clutch was knackered, was giving off a strong burning smell, and needed replacing. I don't think they'd counted on the fact that I'd had a brand new clutch fitted only 3 months earlier and it's in perfect working order. To be extra sure, I took the car back to the garage that had fitted the clutch so they could check it over. Needless to say, they were absolutely bemused as to why anyone would say there was anything remotely wrong with it. Like I say, no complaints about the job on the brakes and the customer service was generally excellent. It just really irritates me when garages try to take you for a mug by telling you other jobs need doing when they clearly don't.
I went in for my servicing as my car had done over 10,000 miles. The support and advice I got given are the best I've ever had and compared to the big-name garages (Kwik Fit & ATS). I would defiantly recommend them and I will be returning when my servicing is next due.

Found on the off chance whilst passing - so glad I did! Service was fast, professional & reasonably priced for the work carried out on my daughter's car. The guys there dont hide anything & keep you updated with how things are going and the costings. I've now re-booked for some work to be done on my own car. Highly recommended ????
Great place to have the M.O.T on your car and have any required repairs carried out. I have been a customer now for many years and have no complaints. They send you a reminder text when the m.o.t is due.
