Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Wunderbares Essen. Der empfohlene Wein war auch sehr gut. Erstklassiges Bistro.
Die Sitzgelegenheiten sind äußerst gemütlich und den Abstand zwischen den Plätzen finde ich sehr angemessen. Dort bekommt man nicht das Gefühl, wie Fische in der Dose Abend zu dinieren. Dort ist es uns noch nie passiert, dass eine Speise nicht warm auf den Tisch gekommen ist. Die Getränkeauswahl lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Mein Mann und ich finden die Preise ebenfalls vollkommen Fair. Sehr flotter und freundlicher Service. Ich finde, dass das gesamte Personal dort einen tollen Job gemacht hat.

This is in institution of Lausanne foodie scene and it took me almost two decade to push the door. Indeed, there were too many enthusiastic recommendation from friends and, very much like a movie you build too much anticipation for, I always feared to be disappointed.
And then one night, unplanned, I went with my family and yes a high expectation. But I was blown away. First the service, transporting you to a Paris atmosphere, with great recommendations and anecdotes making you feel at ease. The menu, always in season, guaranteeing prime freshness and quality of produce. And of course the food… everything was wow… so much that I stopped taking picture after the first course as I was enjoying my time too much.
Will I go back now? Yes definitely
Creative, simple and elegant. I loved all the dishes. This restaurant was such a good choice for my birthday.
Nous avons passé une très belle soirée dans le cadre rétro et charmant du restaurant Au Chat Noir à Lausanne. Le menu est présenté sur une grande ardoise avec la superbe calligraphie de Layze qui nous a également offert un service sympathique et impeccable tout au long de la soirée. Les plats étaient délicieux, généreux et d’une qualité sans reproche. Nous nous réjouissons d’y retourner !
