Its OK but sorry to say it could be better all round. Nine out of ten they don't have the right stock or they haven't got it in when you go there. It's a slow place plus where its get busy or over the weekends they just blank the phones when you ring up you can ring up to 6 times in the day after an after each other they still won't pick up.
The service I have received from this pharmacy is incredible. Especially the main pharmacist Nicky. After an issue with my prescription, Nicky helped to fix this immediately. Honestly couldn’t ask for a better pharmacist. Nicky is so kind, helpful and caring. Thank you Nicky xx
Disgusting , always has been always will be. You are a danger to patients who use use you. You left my wife without insulin endangering her life. This is not the first time in over 7 years you have left us at risk. I will get you closed down and out of business, asal asap.
Needing to move pharmacy as more often than not there is an issue. Really unorganised and would not recommend
Always helpful and friendly can be quite busy during the day, suggest visiting after 5pm they’re less busy.
I visited to ask for advice from the pharmacist. I don't know if he was having a bad day but I found him offhand and very unhelpful – which is a shame when his job is to help people in need.
I left here and went to Atherstone Pharmacy in the town. The staff and pharmacist there were lovely, so that's where I'll head if I need help again.
Utterly amazing. The staff are amazing and dispensaries section are fantastic (Richard) listen to my insulin issues I've had such a lovely bloke. The pharmacy foot staff are good at their jobs and always will to chase up issues. Highly recommend as one of the best pharmacists I've used.
This has been a year of challenges.
When we received letters advising we 'Shield' I was worried.
We are dependent on our 'Meds' for any Mobility and especially so in Winter.
Throughout the Delivery Service at Ratcliffe Road Surgery has been Outstanding!
Rain,Shine even Snow,they have kept a high standard of Care and respect for our Concerns and the most Welcome friendly attitudes,even when pushed at the bad times.
While Doctors and Nurses are much appreciated (by the People) the Folk who make sure the Clinical Work gets received are just as much part of a Social Network of Health Care We can all admire.
I can only say a big 'Thank You to all involved in helping My Family and Myself in probably the most challenging times of my 63 year life.
I could not be better helped or as well cared for and I will allways be grateful for your assistance and Kindness.
