Great job to all the staff ????
Very very rude staff. When asking for some Co-Codamol, the lady behind the counter looked at me as if she was disgusted, she asked me what it was for, I explained that my tooth had snapped and I’m got a dentist appointment coming up, she embarrassingly asked me to show her proof (to which I was not comfortable) after telling me I shouldn’t be taking them for a tooth ache and that I could get addicted she walked away to an Asian man and I overheard her saying that it there is only 3 packs left, to which he responded along the lines of “increase the price by 50 pence”. Me being an anxious person anyway I didn’t call them up on it, I didn’t have much of a choice and I really needed them at the time.
They really need customer care training! Had to wait in a slow queue. Wanted some cough medicine but the one requested was not in stock. Picked out an alternative product and gave it to the assistant who then proceeded to have a conversation with someone else knowing I was waiting. Whatever happened to efficiency?
All the staff have always been friendly and very helpful. They have been supportive and genuinely concerned for our welfare especially during covid and their lovely driver has been delivering our medication.

Long queue for flu jab inspite of booking in advance waiting 25 minutes after prearranged time inadequate seating space flu jabs administerd by assistant in between serving customers we'll use our GP in future
I so rarely do this, yet feel I have to.
I visited today, to collect a prescription for my wife.
I'm exempt from wearing a mask, and I fully expect, not to be questioned.
I was mid sentence, when the young lady serving me said "where's your mask?".
I advised that I didn't have to wear one. A male employee, then called over "didn't they give you a badge ".
I have no idea who "they" might be, and the questioning made my anxiety go through the roof!
I stepped outside to compose myself, then reentered the premises.
People in my position should be able to feel comfortable and not like a social leper with a star around my neck!
Poor show I'm afraid, and no hint of an apology as I sat there.
Very unhelpful staff. The asian manager was rude, unhelpful and clearly always trying to get you to pay as much as possible for the most expensive items. Run like a business, clearly. Not nice for patients.
The only reason it had 5 stars is because it is the only pharmacy around for miles, and because the manager asked patients he liked to please give a kind review online. Stay away...you have been warned.
Well organised generally and quite friendly. They are quick at having my prescriptions ready. Today they delivered them because I need to isolate.
