Fantastic few days away from the concrete jungle. Warm and friendly welcome and as always our host, Sameer was ever pleasant with food prepared for our arrival.
We stayed on the site throughout our time there as enjoyed activities such as paintballing, archery, volleyball, trekking, swimming in the lake, football amongst others.
A few pleasant additions have been made to the site since my last time there and these include and are not restricted to the two Mongolian tents, quad biking and archery. There was also the customary evening sitting around the camp fire and exchanging stories or listening to reminders.
Rooms were clean and pleasant and all the showers were rain feature ones. The beds were comfortable and there was a choice of double, single and bunk beds, depending on where one slept.
As ever the food was plentiful and made to a high standard, meals included roasted chicken with jersey potatoes and salad, lamb shank with pilau rice and salad. Lunch was varied and consisted of tuna sweetcorn baguettes and burgers and breakfast was full English, Arab breakfast and fruit and chocolate crepe, hot and cold drinks were available throughout and all main meals were followed by dessert including chocolate gateau with cream, baklava and cheesecake.
We also had the ever present company of the peacocks and cockerals and the ever present flies that come with being out in the wild.
Overall a fantastic three days away wherein one was able to either take part in activities to just simply relax with a book and soak up some sun and enjoy the company of ones companions.
A perfect get away from the huddle bussle of city life and to just down tools and recharge batteries and without much need for one's mobile phone also.
The trip was lovely. They accommodated well for a large group of around 45. The food was amazing throughout and well portioned. Quad biking and paintballing were done well and professional. The peacocks were beautiful as well.
What an Amazing back to nature, fun filled, turbo charged, Glamping experience. We went with our family of 5 (youngest was 4) - we were lucky enough to stay in the Ertugul style yurt! The activities ticked the boxes for all members of the family ???? (Quad biking, archery, paintballing, Go Ape, swimming, canoeing, boat and a beach trip and more!). The Estate is huge and has peacocks, rian, goats, sheep, roosters and a dog (bertie!) only a few miles from the Scottish broaders. It has various sized rooms and cottages on site not all have bathrooms attached but all are clean and well maintained. The host was inviting, warm and helpful, he would always tried his best to accommodate the needs of all his guests. The food was Halal delicious, varied and served generous portions. It has all the basic amenities to allow day to day function and a place to rest ???? - We loved it and In sha Allah plan to visit again. Stay Blessed!!
Amazing trip for a group of 8 lads during the winter. We really enjoyed exploring the outdoors and Samir was a great host. The food was exceptional and although we visited during the winter he made it memorable. There's loads of activities you can do including archery plus so much of the outdoors to explore. The facilities were great too with a modern feel. You can really see the work brother Samir has put in. We will definitely be visiting again.
Was contemplating eating one of the peacocks but apparently a meal of 3 gourmet burgers and 2 plates of British breakfast can put a stop to the hungriest of us
Jokes aside this was the great stay and I have 3 main points of positivity
1, the host was very friendly and the interactions there made me feel like I was home
2, the food was amazing, and you can probably tell I felt this way from the first paragraph, the food is made very fresh at an outdoor kitchen and dare I say better than most restaurants, not to mention how filling the food is and the quantity provided
Last but not least were the activities themselves, they were very fun and not restrictive compared to a general activity centre and this very fun
All in all it felt like It was a 2nd home to me and I really enjoyed my stay
The most lovely hosts, amazing food and comfy beds!!
The best experience I’ve ever had, great food, nice place and activities and a very careful host
I highly recommend and I wish to get the chance to visit it again
Brilliant place to stay in. Lovely host. Fantastic food
