I did not call ahead and they worked me in as soon as possible. I was going to a special event and they did a great job on my nails. I received several compliments on them. The salon is very clean and friendly.
Made appointment and they got started right away rather than making me wait. Very detailed and friendly. Lower prices than local competitors.
I am not one to normally complain, but I feel like this is unacceptable. I am not sure how a nail tech would be ok with letting someone leave with these nails. I am giving them 2 stars because their staff was nice and it was a very clean place, but the work done to my nails today is completely unacceptable.

My dipped nails are chipping I first week, never had that happen before I normally get them redone because they have grown out. I've never had them chip. People working were nice and started me right at appointment time.
I had an appointment and I waited 3 hours AFTER my appointment but the man who did my nails was fantastic!
Had gel polish done a few months ago and the lady did such an amazing job. She was quick and it was hardest to get off. Didnt chip at all. Totally recommend. She was very good. Price was decent as well. I dont recall her name.
Had 9:30 appt didn't get out of there until 12:30. Gel polish on toes chipped off 3 days after, not worth the extra $30 on top of pedicure
