A little out dated. One nail tech, who was rushing to start or finish customers waiting. I think the wife filed my fill in and I sat for about 5 mins so the main nail tech could finish his client. Overall my nails are ok considering it was just a fill. I would not get a full set here. I will not be returning.
I try to give businesses that have mixed reviews the benefit of the doubt, but I should have stayed away because I agree with many of the comments now. I walked in (it should have been a red flag that there was no one there at 1:00pm on a Saturday but i stayed since it was only for a gel polish change). I had a teal color on when I got there and decided to go lighter, you can see in the picture that they did not even remove all of the old color. The people were really nice, but unfortunately, personality does not make up for a bad service ???? and it also felt very rushed. I have visited many nail salons in Lakeland and this was for sure on the low end of the scale and one of the most expensive (for the color selections and brands that they offer). I am out $20 but hopefully anyone else who reads this post can save themselves the $$. ????
So I have mixed feeling about this place the staff were very friendly but it didn't really cover the cleanliness of the service. When done scrubbing with the pumbus stone had me put my feet back in the water then proceeded to rinse out the pumbus stone on the jets and leave me with the dead skin water.i may have not heard her at first but the price of gel polish was 20 dollars.
Always a great experience. Owners are awesome. I don't go anywhere else. THEY HAVE THE BEST MASSAGE CHAIRS. Very clean place
On Google maps it indicates that this nail salon location is open on Sunday’s, when most aren’t… 24hrs at that. That being said I pulled up and wasted 30mins of my time getting here with girlfriend. I have no feed back on the service. You guys need to update your online information!!
Diana and her husband are the owners. They are a lovely couple who treat you like family. I get my gel pedicures here and just love the massage chairs and the entire experience. The pedicure last about a month. I go for the full experience with leg massage and all! They do an awesome job every time. I will continue to come back and support this locally owned family run run business as I believe that is who really needs our help these days!
Absolutely love Asia nails! Diane and her husband do a fantastic job. My eyebrows are always flawless. The cooling gel Diane applies after waxing is perfect. I love the massage chairs most of all. High recommend.
So friendly and they did a beautiful job, I'm super happy with the experience and will definitely return.
