Good service by the lovely lady on the counter. She was very helpful and helped get me my medication asap as I was running late for work.
Normally quite good but after 3 visits and 2 phone calls this week , i finally got the missing medication. The chemist always looks very disorganised and promises never kept. It’s always either the driver or another staff member at fault who are not there! The staff member rather than take ownership, admit the mistake and offer an apology blames others. The staff member needs to be upskilled on customer services.
Absolutely fantastic service from a wonderful pharmacy. The staff really are wonderful, so kind and patient. They always give 100% and I really can’t recommend them highly enough for their friendliness and service.

Really nice service but Keep sending me knock off medication sending me alternatives rather than original medication.
The receptionist lady was very rude and acted like she owned the place. The pharmacist guy was nice though. Also the receptionist lady wanted me to tell her my medical history in front of other customers.
This is one of the best pharmacies I have ever been with. They are so good with dropping off. Your medication always in front never late with it. I highly recommend this pharmacy.
