I’m a delivery driver who works for Turners distribution, I’ve been delivering to Ashton green 5days a week for the past 10 years, the last couple years is the best it’s ever been, Marshall and the tipper’s in the cold store in my opinion are doing a fantastic job. ???? following my recent review on 5/4/24 this place has now changed for the worse, they now keep a driver waiting for ever, when i asked management why we are waiting so long to be unloaded their attitude was the following : we don’t really care how long you have to wait we have to do what we have to do first so that’s that. What a stinking attitude !!

1h waiting on bay , nobody didn't told lift up suspension.....

They follow strict policy of NO NUTS, NO GLASS, NO CHEWING GUM. Attended interview. Free car park and Subsidised canteen on site. smoking shelter.

Place ok, but canteen not so good

Interesting site, friendly people

Lots of workers from India, very friendly people, good level of English. The job is monoton, noisy and watching the conveyor makes you dizzy. I wouldn't recommend for everyone. The place is clean and the equipment is easy to acces, change, the work is mostly smooth. Smokers might not enjoy the single break and far away smoking shelter. The cantine is nice and overall everything safe against covid19.

HGV Advice. I deliver packaging here, do collection maybe different! Open rear doors, leave paperwork in trailer, back onto bay, walk over to despatch office get air line lock, use the key to activate the box which allows the bay door to open, the door is opened by the guys inside. when the green light is on do the above in reverse! Normally a quick turnaround!????
