Best KPortal Reviews
I do not think I have to say anything based on the previous reviews, but since I understand no one reads these why not add another complaint until they do. Better staffing, changing departure times, no notice when a bus will not come. Most people depends on the public transit to get to work and does make schedule based on the train schedule. I can understand late departure because something happen but leaving 2min early does affect the riders.
Do better.
One end of the Red Line subway on the T. It has great connectivity options to other parts of the city, including bus services.
The station itself has been remodeled in 2012, and has a bright, modern feel to it. There's plenty of seating - both upstairs in the concourse area and on the platforms. Finally - there's a generous number of ticketing lanes - important when you're trying to rush to catch the train during commute hours.
the worst station ever. time is always wrong. they often combine two trains to get more passengers. they would change the departure time to whenever they want even right after announcing it. Have wrote bunch of complaints. they just ignore them or response with excuses like train is old. it's the same train. why does it work fine at other stops? I have waited anxiously for 30 mins to get on the train because of their misleading departuering time a couple times. it's not right for them to be able to do that and get away with it
The older women in the booth should not be working in there if she can’t give simple information for people who are trying to ride the trains/buses you are literally given a guide and bus/train hours I’m not sure how you don’t know how to go somewhere especially if you been working with the mbta for a while.
My recommendation higher more competent staff. Or ones who are familiar with the area they are in.
It's a fairly basic MBTA train and bus station at its core. Above average architectural design, but no amenities beyond the obvious (e.g. No onsite convenience or coffee shops) Small exterior plaza with limited seating and artwork. Area around the station is developing nicely, but still a "Dunkins", *not* a "Starbucks" level neighborhood. Active cab stand, which is useful.
Not a bad station but it was STUPIDLY designed that if you are exiting the Red Line from an Inbound Train to Ashmont you CANNOT exit to Radford Lane if you are trying to go that way they want you to either exit the Station take a right then onto the other street and walk down that OR you have to pay AGAIN onto the Outbound to Alewife Platform as this is where that exit is located therefore making it an ENTRANCE ONLY Fare Gate so be advised if this is where you are trying to go. It’s also a very small busy station in a not great area.abd to find the Mattapan Line there is a walkway when you exit which I’m. It sure if is also accessible from the alewife platform that can be confusing to find if you can avoid lots of shady characters all around.
the 24 mbta bus always be running late but aleast the 240 23 26 2112 bat bus mbta bus and others bus numbers are the only bus number that is fast and the station is not clean their be garabage every where and spit on the ground from customers
Never thought I would stop to right a review on a company. Y’all need a better boss how tf you going to have 2 23 busses everyday right behind each other people got places to be it’s called work and there’s people who need a better paying job that could do it right
