Ashley and his staff are true professionals, very knowledgeable, and everything in their power to have your vehicle fixed and back to you in the least amount of time.
Quick service and reasonable prices. The last time I had them repair by vehicle they saved me several hundred dollars by repairing a part instead of replacing it.
Great place!!! Willing to help! We were driving from Michigan down to Florida and had four and a half hours to go and our AC unit died on a Friday at 4:50pm!! They were willing to wait for us at the shop to get there to take a look at it to see if it was a quick fix. Unfortunately it was a compressor and couldn't get in the part until Tuesday but we were so thankful that they were able to check it out for us. All three guys were wonderful!!!
I had a radiator emergency. Was able to patch it up and made it to Ashley's at 3:30pm. Showed them what had happened and they went to work immediately. They had the old radiator out in 30 minutes and new one delivered. Then they had the radiator installed with a hard to find hose that had ruptured by 5pm. Ashley and his team are awesome. They charged a fair price for fast work and I will be returning as needed.
After the Tennessee Nissan saga???? I google a certified repair shop near me and quite a few places came up but the reviews for Ashley’s Automotive Repair services stood out hands down. I called them up and pretty much gave the list of things that was needing to be done (not to mention the real issue was not mention at Tennessee Nissan) Ashley’s is not only concerned for their customers but affordable for 5 star mechanics and quick. Ashley you have my business from here on out or until the wheels fall off???????????? (God forbid) but truly I am blessed to have googled you guys thank you and may God continues to bless your shop and workers
I ask God to help me find a repair shop to repair my truck .took my truck Ashley,s on wednsday and they fix it the next day .Thank. You Ashley.s Great shop
They are very nice and competitive prices. In these trying times that is a blessing! Always helpful.
If I could give him "0" stars, I would! He is VERY dishonest! We took our truck to his shop the first time and got the run around and after 3 weeks, we finally got the truck back and the air didn't work (which did upon dropping it off) and the problem was not fixed. Fast forward to a few months and the truck breaks down again. We only took it back because supposedly there was a warranty (which he never proved to us) the truck again sat out there for 2 weeks and was not touched. I was told every day that I called that day would be the day that it was looked at. Other vehicles that came in after ours were fixed and gone before ours was looked at. Finally, my husband became so fed up with them we just got out truck back and was told by Ashley he would call when the part came in. Guess what? A week later and we are STILL waiting. I do NOT recommend him to anyone!
