This is an Honest assessment of Ashburns per my personal experience. I had purchase a used car and used Ashburns to find out why it was leaking transmission fluid. This was only a 65.00 fee to go over the car and see what it was and if anything else was wrong, which is what Matthew said they would do. After a week of them having my car I was told that 4 bolts on the front wheel drive transmission housing had 4 bolt heads sheared off and that was where it was leaking. They also stated the rest of the car was ok and safe to drive just keep fluid in it as it would cost more to fix then the value of the car. Now I would agree that the staff at Asburns were indeed friendly but my experience is they are not truthful as they agreed to check the cars safety and leaking transmission problem. Since then I had another mechanic in our church look at it and found in fact there were no bolts sheared off but a transmission seal was bad and it also had a bad ball joint on the same side and was possibly the reason the transmission seal was bad. So my car in fact was not safe to be driven. The car was fixed and is now not leaking fluid and the noise up front is gone and driving great. So Ashburns Automotive might be a bunch of good guys but Honest and hard working for there customers I would say they dropped the ball and I would not recommend anyone who who is not. Hope this helps them become better at what they love to do, give honest work for their hard earned dollars.

Honest straight-forward business. I replaced 4 tires and they recommended a reasonable mid-priced brand that still had a warranty. Loved that the price per tire was all I paid for them other than tax...no nickel and diming. I was given an appointment time to wait for my services to be complete and they set straight to work on it. Super happy with my local hometown service ❤
Got my front end aligned a few weeks ago by them & their service was superb! Their alignment guy (the owner's son) was detail oriented he wasn't happy until alignment was just right. Very happy with their work. Highly recommend them.

Very good people! Salt of the earth! We were traveling to Canada and enroute we started to overheat. We contacted them via Google and dropped by to see if they could help us. Even though they were extremely busy the lads squeezed us in and replaced the thermostat. These guys really helped us when we were in a pinch. Can't say enough on how appreciative we were. Thanks again!
The Ashburn's have always done a great job on my vehicles. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate my family in anyway possible. Whether paying cash for repairs or dealing with insurance claims, they charge a fair price for all repairs. It may take a little longer to get your vehicle back due to the number of repairs they do, but it's worth the wait. Call Matt for all your repairs. He won't let you down.
