Man I hope that Ohio follows close to how this operation is set up. Fast and easy. Friendly staff. They will definitely help you get the most bang for your buck. Very product knowledgeable by staff. My only critique would be that they spend a little bit of money kind of jazzing up the place back in the purchasing area. You know make it more welcoming peaceful environment. And really that's just me being picky but it really doesn't matter this place is really cool and the staff is very hospitable and friendly. Prices are just as delicious as the buds.
It was a very disappointing visit. First time visit for my sister. Our sales rep was more focused on hurrying us through the purchase. We went in for ointment rub and he showed us a product for $50.25. He also stated it was 800mg. He clearly showed the picture of the product and clearly stated it’s dose. When we checked out we got a higher price. We told the cashier that wasn’t right and she blew us off. We looked at the receipt and circled back to a rep only to find out the $50.25 product was 300mg. We clearly got had for a bate and switch. We should had returned the product and called it a day but we didn’t but Ascend lost my business going forward.
Store is cool. Good vibes from the associates. Management kind of seemed off though. I needed some help that required management and some lady named Tasha helped but seemed rather uninterested and even hostile. I am not sure about going back if this is normal.
With how professionally try to look, they are not very professional. My bender was spastic and all over the place. and I was charged twice . Still waiting for a refund…. Will never go back ! Please go to jade next door! Never had a bad time there super friendly and helpful with any of my questions

I quit smoking cigarettes so flower is not good for me but the edibles are fantastic... I've tried regular gummies and funyuns and so far haven't had any that I didn't like, I prefer indica as it relaxes me a bit more but I'm more energetic on the hybrids. But love ascend and this location and I will always be a customer here ????

Be sure to scroll down & look at all of their poor reviews regarding customer service. I'm not sure if all Ascend locations are as bad as Morenci but this place is a total buzz kill.☠️

Customer Service:
This particular location strongly lacks in store operations & customer service/care. I've had several bad experiences at this location. Everything from staff applying my points (cashing in my points without my request or permission), pick-up orders being wrong, and being charged twice for a product. There have also been instances when my product looked to have been opened or tampered with. Be prepared to wait & then wait some more. Unfortunately, even if you order online & do a curbside pickup, you'll wait 10-15 at the minimum.
Quality/Safety:
I would STRONGLY recommend staying away from their OZONE vape products. I believe OZONE is Ascend's line of products. The flower is fine but I'd stay away from their concentrates & oils. Especially the disposable items.
Business Code of Ethics:
Don't bother with their Customer "Rewards" program as their point system is brilliantly laid out to NOT work with most products in store.
You can't save your pts either because they expire...
I was here recently for the first time and I will absolutely be returning! This place has a great atmosphere and staff! The gal taking care of us Haley was amazing! She was very informative of what products we purchased and what they were used for. My wife suffers chronic pain and we appreciate the special care she took to figure out the best things for us. She is OUTSTANDING and I hope to see her again on our next visit.
