I love this place! I go here pretty often nearly every week! Very convenient . I’m not one to write reviews but I had to. I’m a regular and the sushi here is amazing. I generally talk to the chefs regularly. It’s not that expensive nor a long wait time. I love there miso and mushroom soup as well! I can reccomend spicy crab for quantity and cheap. Pink lady is a bigger sushi and it’s really good. If you go there often enough they might make you the house special which isn’t even on the menu! I’ve come to be a big fan of sushi because of this place. Great service. The only time I would say it was poor service was because I think the waiter forget to get my card lol. But other then that I can only speak highly of this place!
I have been to a lot of different sushi places in Louisville, this is hands down my favorite spot. I love the atmosphere that's close and intimate, and that there's not an obnoxious party going every few minutes. This is where I go when I want quality sushi, that is just down right delicious!
The staff are always kind and generous. The establishment is clean and inviting. Highly recommend if you're looking for delicious sushi in the Louisville area.
My husband loves Sushi so every couple of months we try out a new place. Definitely understand the high ratings for this place. The atmosphere is very cozy and romantic for a date night but also casual enough to go to with family or a friend. The staff is nice, informative and attentive. Lastly, the sushi here is top notch. An absolute must for authentic japanese cuisine. My husband said it's one of the best he ever had. For reference he got a spicy California roll and their specialty popcorn lobster roll. ????
These folks know how to serve amazing food with excellent customer service. They are skilled in taking good care of their customers. The food is amazing. They serve incredible sushi that is fresh and flavorful.
The sushi is top notch and I’ve found my new favorite place in Louisville! They have Albacore! No other place here has that. Service was great and food was fresh. Will be back!!
Everything was fine except for the VERY small portion of the tonkatsu that came with our tonkatsu meal which we paid $15 for. I dunno, maybe our delivery driver ate half of it. But if that is their actual portion size it is definitely not worth it. There was a lot of rice but I ordered it for the actual tonkatsu.
This is actually the best sushi in Louisville in my opinion. I’ve recommended this place to so many people and it’s become their #1 sushi place too. Highly recommend! Freshest tasting sushi, flavorful katsu, and friendly people. ???????? a rare find
Sushi in the heart of Saint Matthews, it is worth knowing. The food is very good and the service is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Family friendly.
Asahi has changed for the better and is worth the trip.
Try the Rock n Roll roll or the Monster Roll.
