This my second time eating at Asad’s. We ordered ahead online and picked up in like 25 minutes. Food was ready and fresh. To be honest, probably one of the best Hot Chicken Sandwiches & Loaded Fries I ever had! Asad’s definitely got that heat ???????????? Highly Recommend.. Trust me, just go !!
Don't be put off that this is in a gas station parking lot. The chicken is so good. And it has different levels of hot. I highly recommend it. They call the sandwiches sliders but they aren't small they are full size chicken sandwiches!
The line went pretty quick. My food took about 25 minutes because they were backed up with orders. I can say it was worth the wait. I ordered a #4 1 slider 1 chicken tender and fries. It was very well seasoned!!!
First Time Here. I went around 7:30 PM on a Friday night. It wasn't that busy.
Food: 4.5 Stars out of 5 Stars - I got the chicken slider and tender platter with fries - no cheese and coleslaw on my slider, and mild. The fries were crispy and delicious. The chicken sandwich was the right level of spiciness for me (I cannot handle too much spice), good sauce, delicious bun, and delectable chicken. The chicken tender (which I believe is the same chicken in the sauce) was still delicious by itself and it is a pretty big piece. Overall wonderful food. The cost of it would be on the slightly higher end but not too bad.
Service 3 Stars out of 5 Stars. Service is average. The cashier was not friendly but was not rude. My order had 3 items and one item was missing a tender. Luckily I checked before I left. Hopefully this is not a common occurrence.
The place has nice decor on the outside. it's great that they have a device that calls the order number that is ready to be picked up. An improvement would to have a separate window for pickup instead of the same window for ordering and pickup. I can only imagine how bad it gets when it gets busy.
One last thing to note is that if you ask for things on the side, they charge you for it.
I would come back again.
Feeling bad writing this review because this place used to be my favorite since they opened but lately prices are going crazy and the portion is ridiculous i ordered on uber eats payed almost 40$ ….
3 months ago i received my loaded fries just like these pictures i thought they got mixed up maybe they were busy (no big deal)
picture number one was couple weeks ago i was very upset you can barely see the fries no sauce no seasoning…. but the sandwiches were on point so i was like ok (no big deal)
Now picture number 2 is yesterday order idk what’s going on here because i see ads on instagram and then I receive my loaded fries with almost no fries this is not what you guys are showing in your videos very disappointing
I hope you guys look into this so you won’t get more people complaining
Asad’s is 10/10!!! Better than Chick-fil-A, Raising Canes and any chicken place around! I come here out of town from Allentown and recommend it to everyone! When I’m near Philly I always try and make it a point to stop here. I always get the Loaded Fries!!! When I post this on social media everyone asks me what it is and I always tell them!!!
Definitely need a better way for customers to wait for their order, it's too congested and uncomfortable while ordering your food and slightly unorganized when picking up your order.
I had the 1 slider n 1 tender with fries, I think it should've been a little more fries for sure.. because the fries were really good. I like the sandwich and the tender as well. Mine was mild.
Husband had cheese fries with 2 tenders combo and it was hot but definitely could've had more cheese on them.
My 2 sons split the 2 slider combo with no spice,
but again more fries are definitely needed in the platters lol, that's just my opinion though.
Never had a problem here yet but the past two times I’ve been here it been diff people the sauce taste like straight mayo … and today I find a black hair in the chicken my hair is blonde ????! I decided to give it another try tonight we ordered Uber paid 60$ for three meals to find another hair in the loaded fries paid for three extra sauces and didn’t receive them! The fries were not cooked and cold! Seriously the last time we’re ever getting food from here! Go up the st to Nani’s chicken! The chicken and fries deff changed because my chicken is no longer seasoned & the fries changed completely !
