Arts Nails

Paid $45 for these. It’s not even the nails I asked for. I tried to fix them myself after I got home, as I didn’t want to go back and bother them again as I already seemed unwelcome. They are incredibly lumpy, uneven, and not the nails I asked for. The color itself is pretty but it’s still not the shape or color I asked for.

Don't go there. I got a full set that was suppose to be coffin nails the owner is rude my nails look horrible and she wouldn't refund my money I'll include before and after pics never again they should be shut down

Terrible, I spent $75 in there and my hand and feet look like trash. I only went because I had a gift card and I’ll never go back to them again. My nails look a week old after he was done. They told me my nails would be $37 but after he was done he said $48 bc of the shape and length but they were not long at all.... not friendly, not good, will never return even if it’s free!!!

When I arrived the ladies where 15 minutes late to opening. I received a pedicure from a young lady she did an amazing job. After I got a full set and I believe the lady started not taking her time because more people started coming which she then made my nail SUPER chunky and the paint bulky. For that alone I will not be back or recommend anyone!!

I went yesterday for a full gel set with the stiletto tip. One color and that was supposed to be matte black. The man who did my nails had a wonderful attitude but unfortunately he rushed through doing my nails and now I'm left with different size nails and the color isn't what I asked for either. It wasn't busy when I went. He was done in less than an hour with my nails. Iim highly disappointed in this because I evem expressed my previous experience I had and he assured me everything would be right. Would definitely like something done if possible.. it's a wonderful place and the people are sweet as pie. But unfortunately my first experience here was very disappointing.

went in today for my usual acrylic set, showed a picture to the lady how I wanted my nails and she rushed the whole set. my nails were all different sizes and not to mention they were super fat. you’d think I had showed her a picture of a T-rex hand because that’s what my nails looked like. I even told her that I didn’t like them and she continued with the set. I am highly dissatisfied! she got upset after I repeatedly told her I didn’t like them, she then banned me from her shop. I will never go there again!

.The service in old Publix center off Tom Hill is terrible. Everyone looks mad. I walked out.

The Arts Nails by Kroger off Grey Highway was fantastic. Brittany was exceptionally good. I enjoyed leaving a nice tip.

I'm giving this place 3 stars. The service was great but the wait time was almost an hour. It also took two and a half hours for a pedi, gel manicure and eyebrow wax. Where I am from that only takes an hour. I had a wedding to attend that Saturday was there at 10:30 and didn't leave until 1:30. I don't not want to spend 3 hours ever in a nail salon. I really feel that they are under staffed and need to have enough employees to support there business especially with the amount of people coming in and out of that place.
