Artie's is the best Restaurant in City Island the Food is always fresh the portions are perfect. The Vibe and decor are spot on for dinning. I love the servers there they treat you like Family, ask for Nick, pattie, or Isha they will take good care of you and your people.
I enjoyed their food..I had Chilean Sea Bass with fettuccine Alfredo and the pair was dynamite. I would definitely recommend! My sister had salmon with broccoli, a staple.
Wonderful delicious dinner with my husband, brother and his family coming out of my uncle's wake. We ate there about 8:30 p.m. We were very happy with our meals. Service was wonderful and atmosphere was quiet and delightful.
A great place to go to. Exceptional service with a great knowledge of the menu. The New York Strip was juicy and tasty. I am not a seafood person that being said I tried and liked the buttery lobster. A top recommend to go to in City Island
This place is in city island. Table for 2 spent about $139 total. The food was okay. Rice was a little salty. Drink wasn't bad, not too strong. There is a parking space. It has and inside and outside dining. It's nice and quiet inside. It gives you a little candlelight feeling without the candles. Give meals enough to share for 2. Baked Clams were delicious. I had center pork chop. It made me left like I was getting steak. They did a great job with it.
60 years in business, we were told as we stumbled into this neighborhood friendly restaurant in City Island. Their selection of fish and steaks was impressive. We had the shrimp and fettuccine in white sauce, which was totally amazing. They make their terimisu in-house a must-have!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Artie's Restaurant and was thoroughly impressed! From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for a fantastic meal. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, helping us navigate the menu. The food was exceptional - I had the Blackened Ribeye Steak and my partner had the Chilean Sea Bass, both of which were cooked to perfection. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. The highlight of the evening was the exceptional service, which made us feel like part of the family. We can't wait to go back and try more of Artie's delicious dishes!
One of the local favorites on the island. Solid food options (though prices continue to climb!) and alcoholic drinks for days. One of my favorite island spots for low-light ambiance. Definitely intimate if that's what you're looking for. Staff are always a pleasure. Certainly worth a trip.
