Drivers are great! Dispatch will tell you it'll be a 15-20 minute wait, and your cab still won't show up for an hour and a half. Repeated calls to check only to be told "They're on the way" is very frustrating and unprofessional. If Uber or Lyft were cheaper, I'd be using their services instead. Don't use this company if you need to be anywhere on time
I have had Many poor experiences with this company in the past. One experience being the driver asking me to give money up front.....um isn't it customary to pay AFTER YOU ARRIVE TO YOUR DESTINATION? He says "well you look ok but we have had some robberies" blah blah blah. I look ok????? Omy!!!! And now the weekly experience, is that it's always at an all time low as well. I waited once at Walmart 2 hours while in the extreme heat for a cab. 4 calls and finally our driver shows up. He is kind, apologetic, helpful and is better than this company deserves! Drivers almost always are great, but dispatchers are wretched slimes who couldn't care less that they will straight up lie without remorse and make people wait. Most do. Still paying top dollar for the ride
I've used this company many times and it's listed under 3 different names....artex, city taxi and twin city taxi, all have same address and same phone numbers for each name. This by far is the worst customer service business I've ever seen.
Can came big van could fit my 6 ruffles and 3 laundry baskets
They left said they had to get another van. I found someone else. I out of courteously I called to cancel. And she said they weren't sending someone back that they aren't a moving company. That's my laundry I do it when I have time. Just had a lot of this week. So. Think before you be mean and rude. I'll never use your servous again
I gave 2 stars because the drivers are very nice and came to service me in the craziest of hours and I appreciate that but when I called a few seconds ago that lady dispatcher is a total rude wanch. I had to take a moment literally and then I replied oh okay your the one who gets the bad reviews online and I see why and your attitude is messing up business but you have a good day and I hung up. I mean just ready to be nasty to ppl for no reason.
Zero stars, if you need a ride don’t call this business. Called an hour and a half ahead of time for a taxi to pick up at the airport. Called and they said they were on the way, never showed, finally called an uber after an hour long wait. Called to complain and the business owner hung up on me. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Call an uber.
Dispatcher rude rude rude rude! My aunt was not able to call for herself and I made call for her and was physically there with my aunt for call. Dispatcher rudely told me if my aunt could not make call for herself, we needed to find other transportation!! Unprofessional and unconcerned
I called to get a taxi, and the lady was so rude
I called to get my husband up to the hosp where I’m at and bc he doesn’t use phones she said “we will not transport this is not our problem”. Thank goodness I never actually paid for this service
