Delicious pastries, quiet spot near the sights, great views and atmosphere, friendly. The outdoor seating was spacious.

Nice cafe in a cute street. Enjoyed my cappuccino and Nutella croissant.
Chocolate croissants were excellent and so was cappuccino. Got the impression they weren't keen on tourists. Never expect locals to know English but politeness costs nothing.
More of a Café than Art Gallery. The food nit bits are worth and the café more so of a visit with the cafe shop down from Capitol Hill. Tremendous view towards the Capitol. Very good sitting area on the side walk.
Surprisingly good pasta!! I ordered the Tortellini Ragu and couldn't believe my taste buds...
