Always come here when I'm very hungry and the food is large portions especially the carne asada plate or the pastrami combo, if you can eat a lot that loves pastrami or Mexican food come here and walk out in a coma. Great food.
Had to try this place in Montebello since i heard the Pastrami Sandwich is awesome so went down on a Sunday morning. Had a bit of a detour since streets were blocked off due to a marathon but made it. First time here, service was very friendly and was welcomed as soon as i walked in. Ordered the Pastrami Combo for breakfast ???? and the lady at the counter also suggested the peppers. Bread was slightly harder than what im accustomed to but it holds the meat well and doesnt fall apart. Adding the peppers made it better too. Fries were crispy, could only eat half of the sandwich so took the other half to go. 5 stars????
Very good food worth every penny and very generous portions. We got a pastrami quesadilla and between 3 people, we weren’t able to finish it in one sitting. We also got an order of fries and two drinks, and we paid around $25 for everything
i love at arrys . i grow up coming here. it’s a great family dinner place. take out as well. their burgers are really good. burger fills us up , & there’s always a lot of fries left over ???? arrys will forever have a specially place in mine & my family’s tummies (:
It was my first time here and got the cheeseburger combo, it’s the best hamburger I’ve had. I was surprised how fast we got our order. This will be my new favorite spot. I moved to LA a couple months ago and I been trying to find good place to eat and I could never find a place, I’m a picky eater because I believe I can make good food at home. I live a little bit far but I will drive back to get food.
I hadn’t been to this establishment since 1986. We use to stop by late night after cruising Whittier Boulevard decades ago ,it hasn’t changed much. We stopped by lunch today and ordered a pastrami combo ,cheeseburger combo and a couple of sodas, root beer and Dr Pepper. The pastrami was good it had a lot of pastrami. The cheeseburger was good ,nothing spectacular. The fries are really good. The service was even better courteous and friendly. We had our meal in no time. The menu items prices are reasonable in line with other fast food outlets. There’s plenty of tables inside and outside dining to sit down and enjoy your meal.
I got the Pastrami sandwich and some french fries. The Pastrami was delicious. I might have to say it was better than the Hat for sure. Service was quick through the drive thru. I was in town from Phoenix, AZ and would make the trip here again just to eat here. Keep up the good work. Next time I have to go for the chili cheese fries and zucchini sticks they look so good.
Got two cheese burgers and the zucchini. The burger was just not to par to any of the competition near by and the zucchini was good until you hit the oily ones that then have the bitter taste of the dirty oil lingering. Most likely wouldn't come here again.
