Attended the practice today for a much dreaded extraction. Iram the dentist is simply brilliant at her job. She is so caring and professional, puts you at ease and explains everything. It didn't even hurt ????. Thank you!!
I never thought I would ever write a review for a dental experience, as they terrify me. But today I experienced care, empathy and reassurance. Inram the dentist was patient and gentle, knowing how anxious I was, the experience was no longer an ordeal. Thank you for the great service & special mention to the courteous receptionist too. I have just visited Arrowpark dentist and Iram was such a lovely person she made me feel at ease, I have always been nervous visiting the Dentist but don’t mind going now
The pleasant lady on reception runs the show extremely efficiently. From the moment you walk through the door you're acknowledged and booked in. The dentists are served very well by this front of house professional. The dentists are very personable and communicate thoroughly. Never been dissatisfied with any treatment provided
This has been my dentist since i can remember, but the last couple of years since the new dentists, i have no more problems.

Fairly new to the practice but experiences so far have impressed me. Not had to wait more than a few mins going in for any of my appointments (two of which were unplanned mishaps and accommodated within a couple of days). Staff know what they're doing (often NHS patients are taken on to the benefit of newly graduated dentists but not so here). Glad I made the switch and happy to recommend.
My six month check up went as well as it could since I'm getting on now and my teeth have never been brilliant. The dentist was helpful and kind, explaining that she would recommend an appointment with a therapist who would deep clean my teeth and gums.
The receptionist was brilliant, not only fitting me in the next day but also phoning on the morning itself to say that I could go earlier. This helped so much in difficult circumstances and was very thoughtful.
The therapist was gentle and the dental nurse good fun.
Once again, highly recommended
We are older patients, one of us has special needs because of cognitive impairment and mobility problems. Everyone at the practice accommodates those needs. Beth at reception organised a ground floor surgery where Iram the lady dentist showed such first class care. She was reassuring and calming throughout the. treatment. Highly recommended.
