I went to the shop after recommendations off the nextdoor app.
I took my car in for noise. They found the problem fixed the issue. It wasn't as bad as I was expecting.
I thought it was my timing chain but they said it was okay.
However afterwards my check engine light was on, and my car was not shifting right.
I didn't leave the parking lot. I went back in.
The technician forgot to plug a electrical connector back in. They fixed it no problems.
I took my son's car here for an AC recharge.
They found the leaks and made repairs.
I felt the pricing was affordable.
I will return when needed.
Worst place ever! Charged me 52.00 for an oil change and tried telling me my air compressor was going and. Said they would fix it for 650. When I said no and went to pick up my car after 9 hours, there were parts on my windshield never put back on the car. Beware of scammers! When asked if I could get a receipt of what was done with the oil change, I simply got a receipt for 52.00….never outlining what was done or recommended!
Doug and his staff make me feel like I’m being taken care of with honesty and integrity. I’ve used them twice now and I hope they’re around for a long time to come. Pricing on parts and work has always been fair if not down right great. Plus a diagnostic at no charge? Who else does that these days? The work itself has been great and high quality. They give me peace of mind when driving and you can’t put a price on that.
I'll give them an f last week. I took my car to replace a camshaft sensor. Now since I got it back. My power windows do not open or close. In my opinion, worst mechanic shop ever.
So great to have a fair, accommodating mechanic locally. Doug up front actively communicates and talks straight. Never a problem with the work, and I'm confident if an issue popped up Arrow would make good on it.
Cost was a bit more than I expected. Got an oil change for $93 plus new tires. They charged $49 for weights and balancing. Mike seemed honest and didn't up sale which I appreciated. The work done seems great so far.
Unfortunately, the interior of my vehicle now smells like oil and cigarette smoke. I'm guessing they left the windows down and/or doors open while they worked on it for some reason. Luckily the odor is starting to away.
Very good manager inside but the delivery of my tires kept getting screwed up by the warehouse so I went to Discount Tire to get tires the next day
Straight forward and honest mechanic shop. Have had multiple vehicles serviced here and have excellent service and results every time.
