I've called for a cab and had to cancel after an hour due to one never showed up
I never have an issue with this cab company. I have been using this cab company since 2011 and they have improved dramatically in terms of cab turnaround time. I always get a cab in 25 minutes or less;there has been times when arrival is within 15 minutes also. When I call to place a future order,they are either on time or a couple minutes off. Cash and credit is accepted in almost every cab. Overall, arrow cab is awesome!Keep up the good work!
I wish I could give you a minus star for your very poor customer service. We used your company through a social worker to drive my elderly Mom to a Doctors appointment. The clinic where she goes is about 5 blocks from the house. I have to admit the driver was on time, but it went down hill from there. The driver was speeding and ran thru 3 stop signs on the way to the clinic. When he ran the first stop sign I said to him "why didn't you stop for stop sign". He said "I didn't run the stop sign". I guess it was my mistake for bringing it to his attention so he ran two more. I have called your company 5 times since last Thursday asking to speak to a supervisor, left voice mails, no return call as of yet. But I will keep trying to call until I get some satisfaction because your driver was rude and reckless. Also I find it rude that after 5 calls no one has returned one yet. I notified the social worker who set this up and I hope they drop their contract with you because your driver and customer service SUCK. I hope someone reads this as I will be contacting the BBB to file a complaint also.
Cab called me 10 min prior to arrival, was on time so I got to my destination on time...

I was picked up at my home and travelled to my destination. The ride was very pleasant. Driver was very cordial. When I got to my destination I asked him to wait just a moment as I has many things with me. I too out 1/2 of my belongings and put them aside. As I walked back over to the taxi he pulled off with the remainder of my things. I have been on the phone since 3:00 pm yesterday trying to retrieve my belongings. The office staff has been most supportive. Unfortunately the driver has thus far been totally uncooperative. Going so far as to say the items were never in his taxi. Sad to say I probably will never see my belongings again.
I need a cab because I am weak from just being discharged from the hospital and am trying to make my appointment with my primary care physician but don't want to drive, lest I endanger others. Of course, the reps are rude, make me play phone tag and the online apps don't work for anything.
I will never use this company, ever. And I am happy to post this negative review after this attempt.

I see some bad reviews, but I have actually had great luck with calling Arrow. I called another company first, and they never showed after an hour. Arrow showed in 20 minutes, and took me home. The cabbie suggested a fare which was exactly what it cost to get to where I was getting picked up from, so I agreed. No overcharging, and they actually showed up in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you, Arrow Cab!
I schedule a pick up the day before to take me to the hospital for surgery, since they won't let you drive home. No one showed up. I called and the woman made no apology for not showing but said she would see if she could find me a ride and call me back.
By the time I got a ride, it was too late for the schedule. I missed my surgery, putting my health at risk, and now the hospital is saying I owe for an unused operating room and insurance won't cover it.
Arrow Cab has yet to return the call but, guess what? I called a lawyer.
