Staff are genuine and lovely. I am a Thai native and just passed by after Ushaw car show. Ordered som tam Isaan style with sticky rice. Just like how my Mum makes it. Do not hesitate to visit this place. Easy parking too. Maybe suggestion is Hales Blue Boy soda ????

A hidden gem in the area, really friendly staff and amazing food. We keep going back to try more and more of their food.

Lovely atmosphere. Liked the elephants. Lovely service with delicious piping hot food with added touches of carrot leaves, butterflies and flowers. Home made desserts. Lovely iced coffee and great latte with hand made chocolate.

Aroy Thai serves excellent authentic Thai food--a wonderful rare gem in Durham. We were extremely impressed by the spring rolls, the Tom Yum soup, the green curry and the vegetarian stir-fry. The head chef and the waiting team are extremely friendly and the service is superb! They even had a wonderful touch by giving me a piece of cake for my birthday ????! Would come back again and again!
