Horrible company to deal with. Left my mother on the hook for almost 4 months and did nothing with her RV, even left it out in the rain with a bad roof so the interior could get damaged even more. Lies upon lies, doesn't answer the phone, gave a song and dance about her parents owning the place for 30 years until she took it over. Well, her taking it over was a big mistake. Do not trust these people.

Called visited with a lady about a hitch set up. She was very nice and helpful.

Then stopped by a few days later to see about getting keys made and was rudely advised basically he didnt want us in that store.

We will not be back.

Idk how their business is still running honestly... they gave us false hope for a month while we were there that they would help us out but everytime I called and texted the progress, it was like they never even called anybody at all and played w us for fun. We sent pictures and numbers but they could've gotten that from us weeks ago, I even called manufacture and they have never heard from them, they even said it doesnt take a month to recieve parts from them.. We were being lied to becuz they have never even worked on our trailer at all. They never called us and never pick up their phone. Their business is a joke. Do not recommend. Could give 0 stars if possible

I needed a part that no other business in town stocks; they had it, and at a better price than other places could get it in for. Then, when something else went wrong, the service tech made an appointment then called a day early to see if it would be ok to come then. Mind you, it was 7pm, but the service charge was not higher. Thrilled with their professionalism & politeness.

Love Peggy and Chris. Just picked up my RV trailer from them. Both went out of their way to keep me updated and complete the repairs both exterior and interior to my RV caused by blown tires. So glad I took it to Arnold's RV rather than Camping World for repairs.

Walked around the store for about 10 minutes. No one approached to help me. No one even acknowledged my presence. Planned to purchase several items for our 5th wheel but decided to walk. 2 stars because they had a good selection, most of what I needed and at decent prices for a small RV store. Just wish someone could have helped me with a couple questions or at least acknowledged I was there, to let me know they'd help me when they got a chance. Will not go back.

Great customer service!!! Stopped in today to buy a hitch and was thoroughly impressed with how nice they were and the great deal they gave me. Will definitely be keeping them in mind for future needs.
