I was not happy with the service, went in for a haircut, no sign that says have appointments. Only 2 men in front of me. I wait 35 minutes for a haircut and another gentleman sits in the chair when I was next. I asked if he had an appointment he said yes. I asked the barber Arnold if he had other appointments he looked and said yes I'm full if you want to wait up to you, he then told me you should have asked, told him didnt know since he didn't even acknowledge me. I thought that was rude and unprofessional, he could have said hello do you have an appointment. I was upset but left without saying anything else since he didn't seem to care. So dont walk in for a friendly service and expect to to think your next for waiting patiently because he wont tell you.
Poor customer service and rude. Arnold is unprofessional and did not mention that I would need an appointment to get a haircut. When it was my turn for a haircut he calls up the guy that showed up shortly after I did, it would have appropriate to let me, a new customer, that he has appointments scheduled. Walked out of there without a haircut.
My boys have been going here for years prices has changed but definitely worth it!!! Home vibe feel!
Walk- in welcome and very clean & spacious building..The experience is professional and personal, plus I was very much satisfied with the cut..????
First time at this shop today. I got a great cut and great conversation. I highly recommend this joint for a fresh fade.
I have know Arnold for 40 years, he runs a Great business, and does a great job. A 1 service.
