Nice place, welcoming staff, we had coffee & cakes. Coffee was nice, wife had millionaires shortbread and she enjoyed it, I had lemon drizzle cake which was a bit dry and a small portion for the price (there wasn't much of it left so it might have been there for a bit and dried slightly, also probably too much for one portion but not enough for two which may be why I had a small piece) Coffee only £4 for two but cakes were £6.50
This is a delightful place to visit. The service is excellent and very friendly. I've had very good meals here in past years; this year I've only indulged in coffee, tea and cakes, all fantastic. Support this wonderful local business!

Visited Farmhouse Cafe at Balemartine today, had a takeaway lunch, it was delicious. Great menu and very friendly staff. Would recommend it.
The Farmhouse Cafe is brilliant. A warm welcome from all staff, endless questions by my boys answered patiently and tasty food. Would highly recommend.
Love the food and the staff are always happy and helpful. Children's menu included, as are high chairs. We'll worth a visit.
This is a great place to go. Food is great and Fiona and staff are all very friendly and helpful. Always busy so phone for a reservation before going.
