They couldn't fix my dpf/ad blue issue in Citroen C4. Advised to put now sensor and cost me £430 didn't fix the problem. This garage supposed to closed as per owner there but still running??
Used Armstrong Autos a couple of times now and they are also so friendly and very happy to help, made me feel very comfortable. Had a few issues with my car and Steve and Co helped massively, fault was found and work completed to a high standard and very reasonable price. Most definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
Went to 2 local garages in Dunstable because kept getting engine light on and car was running rough,both garages just erased faults with laptop only to come back after couple days!Went back only to be told that these are new issues and would be charged again!!!Rip off Merchants in Disguise!! Eventually got recommended Armstrong Autos from a friend who been using for years and I'm so glad I found them! They resolved my issue which was couple glow plugs needed replacing,also had my brakes done whilst it was there. Really honest and helpful guys who explained in detail what needs doing with a really good price! So Big Thanks guys and will be back for my service????????
Nice and friendly People, Drove my car to and from work with engine light coming on, so I was referred here and after visiting, they Initially thought it was spark plug or coil pack, which were replaced already previously, switched around spark plugs and leads and problem was the same. Later they realised it was fuel injector and would cost £230 to replace. It was late so decided to go home to think about it, but car was struggling to leave the garage and after some struggle managed to crawl out and drive off but only to be left stranded and had to be towed home. Probably good at what they do, but probably didn't close up properly or the testing they did, caused it to fail I don't know but prior Car driving normally with engine light turning on and then off after some time.
I have been taking my car and my family cars with Armstrong for many years. Not only do they get the job done but they go out their way to assist you and not just after your wallet. I never had any problems after carrying out any repairs. These guys are great and always phone me if they find other faults whilst before carrying out any further repairs. If you want a reliable and trustworthy repairs this is the place. Thank you Taz and Steve
Armstrong autos always do the service and MOT and do it very well. Now, at Christmas they have gone out of their way to make sure my water pump was fixed before I have start work again. I am pretty sure with any other garage I would be waiting till next year. Really do appreciate their work.
My son had trouble starting his van because of AdBlue problem, light not going out even after adding 10L of the stuff! Kevin was recommended to me by my own mechanic. Long drive to Luton was well worth it. Took over an hour to get there but Kevin was waiting just before his closing time, as agreed. Rectified the fault replacing AdBlue Tank there and then. I highly recommend Kevin as a competent and price competitive mechanic.
I could not have been happier with the guys, not only did they fix the issues with my exhaust, They did it after 3 other garages charged me for things that weren’t wrong. Really Good price, good working and honest and would definitely recommend them.
