I was recommended ARM by my friend Ben who is also a mechanic, but didn't fancy doing a particularly complicated job (Starter Motor on my track Meg 250)
Andy was great - on first meeting him he gave me some advice to try myself at home before committing to bringing the car in.
Unfortunately I lack the skills / talent to diagnose complex French baguette electrics and so brought the car in for a non-start fault.
Andy was brilliant through and even double checked I was happy to proceed with the repair (even though I did give verbal confirmation I appreciate double checking with a rough estimate of the total price)
Car was fully repaired with replacement starter motor direct from Renault within a day for a very reasonable price especially considering the complexity of the job. He then very happy to show me round his awesome Rally car which clearly is his passion project!
I'll definitely be back for him to take care of my Renaultsport models and have already recommended him to a friend.
5 stars isn't enough. I couldn't recommend this place high enough. I always feel happy to take my car here and know that it's going to be fixed properly and I will never get ripped off especially being a women going in on my own. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
Verry knowledgeable explained fault codes and what I could do myself to resolve the problem. Would not take enything for this. Renault quoted £140 just to diagnos.
Just popped in for an MoT . This visit was nothing but pleasure. It was really easy to book an appointment. My car was ready in no time and I got an extensive information about its condition and a few advices on how to keep it in perfect shape. Very professional and courteous service. Cash and card payments are accepted. One thing I noticed it is highly advisable to book an appointment because of very restricted parking space.
