We cannot say enough good things about this company. Jennifer was so attentive to our needs, very communicative and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip to the casino! My husband’s 60th birthday surprise trip went off without a hitch! Wish I could give her 10 stars because she deserves it! Thank you!
I’ve ridden with Arkansas Journey Tours many many times and never had a bad experience. I love them so much-it’s like riding with friends. I’m in a wheelchair but I never feel like I am a burden to deal with. I can’t say enough good things about Jennifer- she is friendly, compassionate and always there when you need her. Prices are very affordable and whatever your needs, she can accommodate you

You may not be smiling due to your upcoming appointment, but you'll end up smiling during your ride. I really wish motivcare would let the clients pick which transport company they use. I've been in mechanically questionable vehicles, but never with this company. They would be my ONLY method of transport, IF I was given the choice. ????????
The best customer service I recieved from a transpotation service. They care about their riders. And accomodate for our needs as best as they can. They're really the best around! Plus lovveee the drivers they're all awesome and nice.
