Nice friendly clean interior automobiles prices reasonable no Towing looking for a used vehicle
Needed to pull tools and equipment our of a work vehicle involved in a crash. Fast and friendly service and even allowed me to pull my car in to make it easier to transfer. Sucks it was raining, but that's not their fault lol.
To much of a hassle. There were a bunch of registrations of other people's in my glove box but I got charged another day because they wouldn't release my car without MY proof which was stolen. And it looked like they were working through their own home. The dog was cute though.
Well first off they lied to me about back registration o. The motorcycle I bought from them, they told me 3 years behind. I go to DMV and it was 6 years behind.
I don't own a car, but ride my bike to work, & pass by Ark often. Their man Jason fixed my bike rim and wouldn't accept cash, enabling me to travel to work!
Integrity in a business is rare, kudos ARK Towing... you have a good man!!!
Watch out !this tow company steals registrations from your glove box so they can charge you and extra 100 on a separate appointment . Currently have the better business burea investigating there shady policies as well.

My name is Linda, I lend my suburban to a friend and he got it towed. He lied that he has a driver license.
Well I told you guys that I don’t want the truck back and I’m not going to pay for any charges for the towing. When the officer called me and let me know that the truck is being towed I told the officer I don’t care for the truck. And just let you guys keep it. Now you guys sold the truck and whoever you sold it to never transfer to their name. And this is since April of 2018. Now I’m getting parking tickets from San
Francisco for a total of 1. For $188. Ticket date 06/04/2018 2. $196.00 ticket date 07/16/18
And they are going to suspend my driver license and and I’m not very please with the situation at all. Whoever you guys sold the truck to needs to pay for this or I’m taking somebody to court. I need the information of the new owner ASAP. Please email
