Best KPortal Reviews
Order takeout at 6:15 came at recommended time 7pm. watched my food sit under lamp for twenty mins while waiting on spaghetti ? It was spaghetti special night and only about ten patrons inside. Drinks are crazy prices and food was ok at best after taking that long that spaghetti wasn’t even hot enough to melt cheese on top and bread was sponge. I also was only 6 mins away from home one poor girl running around doing eveything while other play keno and text
We came here at 4pm on a Sunday after visiting The Mount. There is ample parking and a nice outdoor seating area. Service was friendly, although a bit slow for what a ghost town the restaurant was at that time. I got the portabello melt. The Cajun fries were tasty. The melt started off good but had something that was off about it. I did pull a piece of ham out of my sandwich (I’m vegetarian) and ended up not eating the rest. My son got a kids Mac and cheese which looked like Kraft from a box. My husband got Pasta Pelli and did not like it. My other son got a calzone which he ate half of and said he liked okay. For 3 regular entrees, a kid’s meal, and 4 drinks, it was $120 with tip. Maybe the pizza is good but I doubt we’ll be back.
Great pizza / pasta / salad options. Nice interiors- spacious, warm, inviting. Great for kids. Good noise levels - can hear people around the table, yet not library grade that discourages loud conversations. Wings with the regular hot sauce were on point. Kids loved the kids menu options - pizza, mac & cheese, chicken fingers.
Went for dinner special - large pizza and a bottle of wine, great deal. Hot wing pizza is the best I've had. Waitress Lindsey was friendly and attentive. Will be back.
Update::: Google no longer allows you to post multiple reviews for the same establishment so this review gets an update.
We were back at Arizona pizza as this has become a normal stop during our motorcycle runs to Mt Greylock. For the second time we were blessed with the services of Kya, who is a rockstar on the team. Any organization would thrive with her in a client facing role. She is very attentive and provides an exemplary level of service to the patrons of Arizona Pizza Co. Frankly, if she didn't live so far away, I would be poaching her for my own organization. Hopefully, the Mgt staff truly appreciate what they have! Thank you Kya!!!! We'll see you soon!
Initial review: It's been a while since I've been excited about pizza. This place rocks! We were immediately welcomed by one of the cooks as we entered the restaurant. We then Met Patrick and Quinn who are the dynamic duo. A+ service. Wish this place was closer to home. Thank you Alyssa for holding down the fort. We will be back when we are in the area. Worth the visit!!!
Used to be good. $12 for a well drink, $30 for a pizza to go is ridiculous. It’s not that good… Most expensive pizza I’ve ever had. Better off going to dominos for $8. Place is a joke. No wonder nobody goes here.
12-5-22 Update:
Decided to try it one last time. Asked for well done pizza. Received a box of Luke warm soggy floppy mess. Never again!
Food was good and service fast. Nearly $6 for a soda aka mostly ice. Price intentionally not listed on menu? Not cool…
Pizza was good - nice crust - what you want in a pizza place, right?
Good pizza, good service, great root beer.
