Had multiple vehicle maintenance worked on by awesome mechanics over the years here, would most definitely recommend Arizona Automotive Services.
Can't say enough great things about this place. We were having an absolutely awful experience at another auto shop in town and Arizona Auto came to our rescue. We had our vehicle towed here after days of fighting with the other place and they had us on the road in just a few hours. Professional customer service with excellent communication and our truck ran perfectly. Would give more stars if we could.
I was stuck in Hollbrook on a Saturday afternoon w no steering. The business was closed however, they still answered the phone. They were kind enough to assist me mobile. Fixed my truck and got me back on the road in less than two hours. Greatly appreciated. Very good old school individuals.
WOW! My parents were helping me move from Omaha to Phoenix with two vehicles. Unfortunately, my father's truck broke down about 40 miles from Holbrook on a Sunday afternoon. This business, despite waiting three hours for a tow truck on Sunday afternoon, ensured that we were safe and they would be available once we were able to arrive at their shop. We had no idea what was going on. Frank and Shawna were extremely communicative during the entire time we were stuck on the side of the interstate. They were completely honest about the pricing and time to fix the truck. Their promises were exceeded. They were able to fix my father's truck and provided incredible customer service. I am incredibly fortunate we were able to find Arizona Automotive Services. They were seriously the kindest people we could hope for, and provided quality and fair service. I would highly recommend their services to anyone because I would not have made it to Phoenix without them. GREAT people and GREAT service!
This business is awesome! We had our water pump go out in about Kansas & babied it as long as we could but about 20miles outside Holbrook it was done. We called them & they said bring it right in cus they weren’t open the next day. He had it done in no time & the price was just great!
Frank was great. Diagnosed our problem, got the part, and made sure it was all good before we hit the road. Very good customer service as well.
Great customer service. We had to pull over 17 miles before Holbrook and the lady was willing to help us find options on how to get all my 7 family members to Holbrook since they don’t have UBer nor taxis ;-/ fortunately, We were able to start our car and needed no mechanic after all. But I’m pretty sure Arizona Automotive Services would’ve fix it. I could tell just by phone their professionalism. ???? by the way I tried to call you back (Shawna) to let you know that our car worked again but no one answered. Thanks for your help.
Horrible, unprofessional service !!! Do not be surpised if you take ypur car to him thinking its is fixed and something else happens a couple weeks later .. He put old car parts from a different truck on my truck that is a different year . He always would tell me without even knowing the problem that labor is going to be $1000 . I needed a thermostat changed and that was all i wanted him to do and i seen extra parts added to my truck that i didnt ask for .. i also always wanted the old parts that he changed out i wanted to keep those and he never left them like i asked .
