We had never been before. The host/server was so nice. He explained everything and gave suggestions. He cooked all our food and kept our side dishes full. Excellent service and excellent food!
This place was seriously the best Korean food I’ve had in the states, and I don’t take that lightly. Although prices were pretty high, the taste and quality were so impressive that I would easily recommend this restaurant to anyone living in LA. The banchan (side dishes) were super fresh and short rib stew was to die for! The service was always on top of it and remembered every single thing we asked for, even when we would just point to something. Our waiter took my cold, half eaten corn cheese and refilled and heated it up at no cost. On top of it all, the restrooms were super clean lol. Wish I took some photos but I was too lost in the sauce to remember. Great restaurant and service!
Have you ever been to a place where it is so good that your mouth is going faster than your pictures? Yup. This is the place. The kimchi is wow. The meat is wow. The price is so worth it. Did you see the side of cheese corn? You will be scraping the crispy cheese off with pleasure. So good.
I had a fantastic experience at this Korean BBQ restaurant! The spacious layout was a welcome surprise, providing ample room for a comfortable dining atmosphere. The meats were delightfully fresh and flavorful, grilling to perfection. The staff members were attentive and helpful. The prices were reasonable and didn't break the bank. This place is definitely a hidden gem that I'm excited to have discovered!
Atmosphere and service was great, but the food was lacking. We ordered a seafood hot pot. It was completely filled with disgusting shells and was crazy expensive. I ended up almost throwing up in the end. I do not recommend.

Excellent meats. We ordered the Chef’s special which came with the meats pictured- mostly a selection of prime grade steak, short ribs, galbi, etc. Banchan was also great and refilled whenever we ran low. It was more than enough to feed 3 hungry adults and 3 hungry young kids. Service was friendly and quick. They even grilled and cut the meats for us but let us choose the level of doneness. Bathroom was immaculate which is always a great sign. My brother said it was the best Korean bbq he’s ever had. I would definitely rate it 9/10.
We had a really good time at Arisu tonight! They had a nice selection of banchan, we especially loved the kimchi stew and the bean sprouts. We ordered the pork belly and the beef short rib, which were absolutely delicious and more than enough for 2 people. Janice and Bumsuk were amazing hosts, the service is truly 5 star here. Definitely would pay a visit again!
