Friendly service. Food was delish. We ordered chili Verde breakfast plate that came with homemade corn tortillas. Also ordered chili relleno on the side. Served covered in a delicious sauce. ???? also had chilaquiles in red chili. Will definitely be back for more!
My first visit here. Had my favorite which is French Toast, Eggs & Bacon. It came with Strawberries Cinnamon & Powdered Sugar, thick sliced bacon, two strips. Very nice. Total with Coffee was $14.00 The place was crowded with Local customers. I got the last open table. I’d eat here again but try & avoid 9:30 AM
Been here a few times and have yet to be disappointed. Food is delicious & service is great! Restroom is also very well maintained which a big plus especially when pregnant lol. This time around I ordered the Country Eggs Benedict, highly recommend.
They should put an air curtain in the entrance door because there are flies inside. The porkchop is salty and i think the oil used to fry it is already old or been used several times already, the broccoli is stale and the rice is dry and some grains are hard to chew. The garlic bread is salty and should be called salty bread instead of garlic bread

Amazing service and coffee. Very friendly and engaging staff. Clean dining room. Plenty on the menu to pick from for the picky eaters. The omelettes are incredible and will definitely bring out of town guests here to enjoy them. The house salsa was perfect. A very enjoyable experience at a good price.
Their cafe con canela is just like mom's and so is their crispy bacon. :) If you're looking for a good priced breakfast arrive before 10 am. Pictured is oldfashioned oatmeal w raisins brown sugar and milk. And, a crispy shredded chicken taco w avocado.
One of the worst places to eat in Salinas. DO NOT GO HERE. It is dirty, food is atrocious, customer service is abysmal, and they mischarge customers.
- [ ] When we arrived we were greeted with a swarm of flies buzzing around everywhere. Tables were also dirty and had food remains that were not cleaned from previous customers.
- [ ] The bacon cheeseburger we ordered was a frozen patty mess, the bacon was crusty, and the bread was drenched in grease. The fries that went with the cheeseburger were equally as bad as they were stale and tasted like the school cafeteria variety.
- [ ] When we complained about it to our waitress she took our plate and informed the owner of the restaurant. He came over to our table and asked what was wrong with it and we told him it did not taste good and if he could bring us tacos instead. He brought the tacos after they were done and before we could finish the plate had the waitress bring our check. In it we found that they charged us half the price of the cheeseburger that was sent back and our other parts of the order.
- [ ] On top of that they mischarged the whole bill (see attached picture). When we complained with our waitress we were told that we were still going to be charged the cheeseburger that was sent back because we were wasting perfectly good food and that they could package it up if we wanted. We obviously said no and paid the incorrect amount so we could leave.
