Didn’t get enough pictures bc we all ate it so fast. We even told each other to slow down it was so good. The simplest food that is prepared with love and care is often the best meal possible.
The customer service was 11/10. The food is authentic and full of flavor. The atmosphere is simple yet blooming with personality. Not to mention it is very clean. Since finding we’ve been coming on a weekly basis. Best Cuban food in town.

Had the Cubano, Tostones, Tamal Cubano,
Ropa Vieja (with Black Beans and rice), Fried Sweet Plantains, Colada (espresso), and Tres Leches.
My Girlfriend is from South Florida and she says this is the same type of Cuban food taste and quality she gets from home.
My god, the food here is so good.

P. S. Came here on a Monday, so we're coming back on a Saturday for the Oxtail special.
Had the Thursday Special, Pork with spices, onions, green olives and tiny red peppers ? White rice, green pea (soup ? but was so wonderful) and fried cassava. They also serve fried plantain and two very yummy sauces to dip in. Delicious authentic Cuban food ! This gem of a spot will not disappoint !
Quint restaurant with fantastic music. The owners were incredibly nice and the food as well as service was amazing. If you like Cuban food, and don’t want to drive far, this is definitely the perfect spot for you! Truly recommend coming here as it was a great overall experience!
I visited last night when a lot of other locations were closed to give it a try. Man oh man!!! Tostones rellenos, vaca frita con arroz and REAL black beans. Perfectly toasted cuban sandwiches, and even with the grooves! BOMB authentic Cuban flavor. You gotta give it a try. Trust me just this once! Oh, and they treated us like family, especially my 3 year old. It was lovely. Thank you guys!!
We just had dinner at this fabulous Cuban restaurant tonight, and I had to write a review right away! Beautiful atmosphere, immaculately clean, wonderful service, and the food was absolutely amazing, including its presentation. All we ate (Saturday special--oxtail, vaca frita, lechon asado, and guayaba torreja for dessert) was divine, with a distinctive taste of homemade. I am posting pictures of the entrees, and sorry I forgot to take one of the dessert, which was not only beautiful, but also tasted super delicious. We will definitely be back and will tell all our friends about this little gem in Colorado Springs! Thank you Arelita!
