I have found my new favorite nail salon! The experience started out great when they worked to fit me in early to work with my schedule. Everyone there is very warm and welcoming. Norma who also owns the salon took a lot of meticulous care to make sure my UV gel nails came out exactly the way I wanted and also did a great job fixing a nail I had cracked badly. They are absolutely gorgeous in addition to being a fun and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!!
Located in the back lower level of the shopping plaza, Arelis Nails & Spa is a find! I’ve tried at least 4 other highly rated nail salons and this is the best!
My pedicure was done very well, no discomfort to me at any time, and the manicurist actually checked with me to make sure the nails weren’t too long and that they were shaped how I wanted them.
Great job. Best prices around the area. My new go-to place.
Warm and efficient service! Full menu of deluxe pedicure options, I had mango, and next time will try lavender. I saw other women getting gel nails, and overheard that they were happy with quality that lasted. Don't hesitate, this is a brand new business with fancy massage pedispa chairs, everything hygiene clean. You may have enjoyed Norma's excellence at another nail salon in Southbury, but now she owns her own, staffed with familiar faces. ❤️???????????? Always a great visit! ❤️
The staff is lovely. The furniture is nice, and it is clean. My struggle is that you never know who will be doing your nails, and there are frequent staff changes. I have had excellent treatments but a couple that were not satisfactory. I'm not sure I will continue to go here.
Such a great environment, everyone is SO sweet! It was my first time going here today because my aunt recommended it and I LOVED it, my nails look so amazing I got a gel manicure and I’m so happy with the results! I will definitely be going back soon :)
My daughter and I have been going here for awhile now. They always do a great job on our nails. Norma is one of the sweetest people you will meet. Highly recommend!
I'm so happy to have found Norma and her wonderful business. I recommend this place to a lot of people, I feel like there are a lot of nail salons that you walk in and people are just pushing sales on you or trying to get you to get more services to get more money out of you.. I have never encountered that here, and nowadays, integrity behind your sales goes a long way. The business is very clean. The manicures are very good and the staff and the owner are very friendly. You can't go wrong!
I had the pleasure of a spa pedi and powder dip manicure yesterday. Loved both services. Quiet, peaceful environment. Clean, friendly, and professional. I have come across Norma over the years at other salons, so happy and proud that she now has her own salon!! She truly is a gem.
