What a terrible experience. My family and I went to Sunday brunch. The website and Google say they are open at noon. It was raining outside, and people were turned away and told they open at 12:30. Several of us were standing outside in the rain waiting. The host comes out with a visible firearm on her waist and tells us they won't open until 12:45 or so. I asked if we could wait in the lobby just to get out of the rain, and she said no. There were also kids waiting in the rain. At 12:50, the security guard let's us come in the lobby, but they still were not open. At 1 p.m., we were seated. The food was cold and no one at my party was satisfied. The bottomless mimosas are mainly juicy, and they were warm. This is a place for young adults or college students. The floors were slippery and dirty, and the bathrooms were even worse. I really hope this place shuts down. I can understand why the owner is unavailable to email because her box would be full.

No one gets 5 stars. ????.. But when I tell you the salmon and yellow rice surprised me,!!!!! Good af. I had to ask our good waitress "Barbie" to meet the chef "Bean"..... Rice well cooked... Fluffy. not sticking together like most places. You can tell she prepared this from the heart. Will definitely be coming back.... And the ambience was excellent....A1 and the bathrooms were actually CLEAN...

It was raining outside so we were waiting at the door. There were about 15 ppl. The host came out with a firearm visible on her side and said they weren't going to open until 12:45 or so. It started pouring. I asked if we all could at least wait in the lobby to get from out the rain and she turned us down. At 12:50 they still were not open but the security guard then said we could wait in the lobby. The $20 mimosas were not good. Mainly juice. The food was cold and disgusting. This is a club for young adults. It's not a well run establishment at all. It's best for college kids. The floor was extremely slippery and dirty and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting and we got there when they opened. I'll be notifying BBB and other restaurant inspections for this place. I really hope it shuts down. This is not black excellence at all.

Come with me to Area 4 Restaurant for good food, good vibes, and a DELICIOUS and fun Sunday Brunch. Definitely an authentic Atlanta brunch experience. My favorite thing I tried was the crab hash. This is one place you definitely need to check out ASAP! I will be back for dinner. What I tried:

The place is beautiful unfortunately it is managed poorly. We were there 2 hours and still never got our order. We left after coming there to celebrate an auspicious occasion. I must say the energy was great and the MC kept the audience interactive. My family danced and it was fun. But we were starving for no one had eaten for our 2 o'clock reservation. The children asked constantly for the food and we were told over and over we were next. Again after 2 hours we left to feed the children. However it is a great venue but apparently understaffed and mismanaged

This is a very nice establishment but needs a bit a work when it comes to customer service and wait time. We waited over 30 minutes just to be waited. The place is very big and wasn’t very busy at the time that we arrived so I don’t know why it took so long. It also took awhile for our food. The music and the building was nice though. The crab legs and crawfish were delicious so it made up for the time I waited. The drinks were mediocre.

This was my 1st time at Area 4 and let me say I was pleasantly surprised. Very nice restaurant with good service, good food and good drinks. In my opinion thats definitely 5 stars.The lamb chops were EVERYTHING!!! Was disappointed they didn't have any crab cakes but that just gave me a reason to come back. Hate I didn't get the name of our server but she was ????

This hidden secret by Greenbriar Mall...Area 4 has exceeded my expectations!!! Dee, the manager, says he wanted us to just show up and have fun and he would handle the rest... WOW!!! He did not lie!!! THIS WAS A WONDERFUL SWEET 16 PARTY FOR OUR JASMINE! THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS! The staff was excellent (thanks D1 for being so attentive) and The manager "Dee"... was EVERYTHING!!! He's truly good at planning parties!!! What he said he would do??... HE DID and on time!!! DjProOfficial... Thank you for making my baby move to the beat!!! You ROCK!! She's smiling from ear to ear!!!!
