Jack was super friendly, efficient and professional. He diagnosed our problem over a text message, phone call and a picture or two, had the part in stock and fixed it quickly. Even gave us and our camping friends some useful tips to help prevent future repairs. I would not hesitate to call him again if needed. Thx Jack!!!
Called Jack Easter Sunday morning inquiring if he could help me out with a electric problem in my trailer not expecting a return call back until Monday at least. Needless to say he not only answered the call, but came out within a couple hours!
He trouble shooted the problem, came prepared with parts and fixed it within a short time. Knowledgeable and efficient with a reasonable charge, he would be the 1st one I would call for any of my RV problems !

Jack came to help us with our ac units. He is very friendly and an expert at his job.He needed to do an exploration of our breaker box and found incorrect wiring . He fixed it and everything is working perfectly. I will recommend in a heart beat. God Bless Jack!
Came and then left abruptly saying he could not fix the problem. Fifteen minutes after leaving he called back and said he could fix my slide outs. He was all over the place in what he “thought” the problem was. Was at the trailer for an hour, did not fix the issue and then told me I owe him $250. Very frustrating experience. I never asked him to “show me” anything but he kept trying to tell me things he thought were wrong then corrected himself. He said the ground wire was on wrong, then corrected himself. Said the pop outs were electrical and then said no they are hydraulic. I told him the person who fixed it last time will be here shortly and he did fix the issue. This guy should have stayed with the original “I don’t know how to fix this” if he didn’t know what he was doing. I wasn’t looking for a lesson on battery repairs that was not even the issue.
We had a very difficult slide issue. Some of the problems were caused by us and some from the factory. Jack was very knowledgeable and able to troubleshoot and get it repaired in a timely manner. He explained to us how the slide works and let us observe the repair so that we would know more about it. He answered all of our questions. He was punctual. We would not hesitate to use him again in the future. Thanks Jack!
Had my 5th wheel moved on my site and lost power to my hydraulic jacks and slides, only came out partially, Im pretty handy,but after 2 days of troubleshooting, threw in the towel, Called a few service people, nobody comes out same day. Called Are Vee In A Fix at 1 pm and Jack said, l can be by at 4. He was early , After checking everything I did,got to the right breaker and solved it, and didn’t break the bank, would definitely recommend!
I called Jack yesterday because of a leak showing up on our carpet near the washer. Jack said he thought he could come by later in the day and, sure enough, he did. He assessed the problem as a valve leak that he saw in a panel alongside the washer (from inside the closet) we didn't even know we had! He cleaned up the valve, we ran the washer, no leak. This was an awesome result as far as we are concerned, and we are very grateful to have found him. Thanks, Jack!!
Stranded in the middle of no where so, we called Are Vee Fix and he was able to come out and fixed our slide out issue. Don't know what we would have done without him. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. I highly recommend his services.
